Even though this isn’t a traditional cake, nor is it made like one, it definitely tastes as good. Its a great recipe for the ones who cant bake or don’t have an oven at home. I randomly tried this idea and it worked out pretty well, so here is how you can make it.
You need to start by dipping some biscuits in coffee concoction and line them up at the base of a cake tin.
Once the biscuits have become a little soft, spread them out with a back of a spoon to form a solid base. Put this in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Take it out of the freezer and spread a layer of chocolate ganache. Keep this in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Keep repeating the process of alternating the layers till you make about 3 layers of each and keep the entire cake in the freezer for about an hour.
Remove from the cake from the freezer, demould it, add lots of sprinkles and serve cold

Make sure to line your cake tin with butter paper.
To make the coffee concoction just mix coffee powder, water and sugar.
To make the ganache, mix in equal parts of melted chocolate and whipped cream.
You can use white chocolate instead of the regular one and can also use dark chocolate if you are a fan.
