Chicken In Green Curry

This is one of the easiest  chicken recipes that I have made. Takes no time, basic prep and tastes amazing!

What you will need:

1 Boneless chicken breast ( Cut or minced)

3 Cloves of garlic

1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste

1/2 Finely chopped carrot ( You can add any other vegetable you want)

2 chopped spring onions (1 small regular onion can be used)

2 Tablespoons of green chutney ( You can use any recipe to make this)

100 Ml of coconut milk

5 -6 Basil leaves

3 chilies

1 1/2 tablespoon Oil

salt to taste


What you need to do:

Start off by heating the oil in a pan. Add in the garlic and ginger. Stir and add in the chicken. Mix well and let it cook for about 2 minutes. Then add in the carrot, onion, salt, chilies and a dash of water. Let it cook for another 2 minutes.


Then add in the Chutney, basil and coconut milk and let it cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked well.


Serve with steaming hot rice!
