Pasta is one of the easiest yet tastiest dishes to make! So this is one recipe that can be made in a single pot/pan and takes minutes to prepare. So for all your lazy pasta craving days, this is how you can make it.
p.s- This recipe is made in white sauce.
What you will need:
2 1/2 cups of water
1 1/2 cups of pasta
1/2 cup of milk (regular or coconut)
1/2 cup of cream
1 tablespoon of butter
A dash of oil
1 teaspoon of sweetened condensed milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 teaspoon of oregano
Chopped vegetables of your choice
What you need to do:
Start of by heating you water in a heavy bottom pan. Add a little oil and salt to the water. Once the water is hot enough, add the pasta and let it cook.
Once the pasta is cooked, strain the water and keep the pasta aside.
In the same pan, add a little more oil first and then the butter. Once the butter melts, add in the vegetables and saute them.
Next, you add the milk, cream, condensed milk, salt, pepper and oregano.
Mix until well combined.
Add in the pasta to the mix and let it cook for about a minute.
Garnish with some basil leaves or chili flakes. Serve hot! ❤
