Summers are here with a bang and the temperatures are rising each day. What better way to deal with this season other than some refreshing drinks that you can make in the comfort of your home!
Cucumber- Ginger lemonade:
This is a small twist to the regular lemonade and its awesome. To make this, You will need to add some cold water, lemon juice, sugar (powdered, if possible), cucumber slices and a dash of salt to a mixer and blend it together. Pour it into a glass/mug with ice and add thinly sliced ginger to it. You can also add a few cut cucumber slices, lemon wedges and mint leaves to garnish.
Orange- Coconut smoothie: The is a beautiful blend of the citrus-y orange and the creamy coconut. To make this, You need to add Peeled and skinned orange slices or you can add orange juice, some coconut cream and a dash of cold water in a blender and give it a whiz. You can add a little sugar if needed. Pour this into a glass/mug, add some ice and garnish with a slice of orange. It’s easier than ever.
Watermelon Slush: Who does not love watermelon? It is the perfect fruit for the summer season and here is how you can make this melon-y delight. Cut up your watermelon into small chunks and freeze it for about 2 hours (or until frozen), later, add them to a blender with some lemon juice, salt and pepper. Give it a whiz and pour in a glass/mug with crushed ice in it. Garnish with a small watermelon slice and some mint leaves.
