Quick Salad

For all you health freaks out there, here is a simple salad recipe! Enjoy ^_^

What you will need:

1 Tomato 1 Bell pepper

1 Cucumber

A few mint leaves

Coriander (a small amount)

A few Olives

Half a Mango

2 small cubes of Cheese

Lettuce (if you don’t have any, you can use cabbage)

[For the Dressing]

1-2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of vinegar

Paprika (if not available, use Chili flakes)

Salt to taste

A dash of Pepper

Thyme Seasoning (optional)

What to do:

  1. Chop up all the veggies, cheese and the mango. Toss them together
  2. Mix the Olive oil,vinegar,paprika,salt,pepper and thyme and add them to the veggie mix.
  3. Toss the whole thing together!

Its ready to eat! 😀
