I’m sure you are here because you love food. All types and kinds of food. Sticky,Greasy,fattening and of course completely unhealthy food. Which is why you need to keep Detoxing your body from time to time! So, i’m gonna tell you two detox water recipes that will keep your body healthy and detoxified!
The first one is a Cucumber Detox:
To make this, You will need some diced cucumber, mint leaves, honey, sliced lemon, cut ginger and a pinch of salt. Put all of these in cold water or warm water (your choice) and keep sipping on it throughout the day.
PS- Make sure its freshly made. If you make it and store it for a long time, it will taste bitter.
The second one is a Watermelon Detox:
For this you will need; A few pieces of Watermelon, sliced lemon, honey, a dash of salt and pepper, and some basil leaves. Put all of these in cold water or warm water (your choice) and Enjoy! 😀
You can start your day by drinking these or maybe keep sipping them throughout your day. One thing is for sure that they will definitely keep you cool from the inside and obviously healthy too!
